Fully automatic strapping machine with motorized belts JN85-M

Automatic strapping machine mod. JN85-R with reduced welding plate (width mm. 27 instead of the standard mm. 60) for the automatic strapping of products with small size. Special machine designed to avoid issues in strap releasing in case of strapping of profiles, beams and small packages. The launch of the strap is operated with the foot control or the button. The strap is tighten, heat-welded and cut. The holding capacity of strap depends on material type and on strap choice.

Automatic strapping machine mod. TP 101, simple and reliable, is an excellent solution for strapping of packages handled by an operator. The positioning of the material to be strapped can be done manually or by means of an idle roller. The operator lunch the strapping by simply pressing the foot control or the start button. The strap is stretched, thermally welded and cut. The arch strap guide is in aluminum. The fully automatic strapping machine mod. TP 201 with side sealing is particularly suitable for strapping furniture, household appliances, palletised loads and high packages. It can be inserted in lines where the available space or the limited height of the conveyor do not allow the use of a standard strapping machine. The strap is automatically launched, tensioned, welded and cut, speeding up the strapping operations. The strapping machine, suitably modified, can be easily inserted into automatic packaging lines and can also work without an operator.

The semi-automatic strapping machines are ideal for tying boxes, packages, bundles, etc. in warehouses, workshops, supermarkets and anywhere there safe packing is needed. The plastic strap helps to reinforce the packaging and ensure ligation. The printed strap is also available. If placed around the packaging, the strap is a valuable burglar resistant tool, if the package is opened it can not be closed with the same type of strap.
